MKM Building Supplies, the UK’s largest independent builders merchant, has added clay drainage from Hepworth to its offering to help strengthen its civils product range at its Sheffield (South) branch.

The range addition follows MKM’s Sheffield (South) branch identifying a market opportunity by the lack of local product choice for their key civil engineering customers.

MKM’s Sheffield (South) branch chose to stock Hepworth Clay’s 100-300mm SuperSleve product range, for its quality, durability and their outstanding customer service. Hepworth Clay products have a long service life in excess of 100 years and are kitemarked to EN295 as well as being regularly inspected by UK, European and worldwide quality inspectors.

The clay material provides strength allowing the product range to withstand high imposed loads. The Hepworth Clay range includes the SuperSleve HouseDrain product which can be used across a variety of developments including adoptable, commercial, industrial and “Around the House” drainage.

Their commitment to Hepworth Clay has seen MKM gain access to the Hepworth Clay Premier Stockists scheme. The scheme was set up to reward committed stockists of Hepworth products and gives them access to additional merchandising activities and support.
